Provide referrals and connect families to community resources.
Conduct outreach and recruitment and provide a weekly Home Visit to families.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with families, partners, co-workers, and supervisors.
Bilingual beneficial.
A degree in early childhood, family services or related degree is preferred.
This position requires strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working with children and/or families is required.
35 hours/week.
$19.
93/hour with a degree or $19.
18/hour with no degree.
In area travel required for position.
